Music Ministry
CHOIR REHEARSAL is every Wednesday, 7:00 p.m., in the sanctuary. The anthems are varied from gospel, contemporary, and more classical musical affirmations of faith. Anyone who loves to sing is welcome! The choir sings an anthem each Sunday during the 10:00 worship service.
PLAYING WITH MUSIC is an After School Music Program for elementary-age children, meeting at the church on Wednesdays, 3:30-5:00 p.m. Pastor David Stewart leads the group. They do vocal singing, instrumental playing utilizing Ashiko African drums and other rhythem instruments. The goal is to help the children master a love of the musical arts, develop their singing and vocal style, and learn to produce music on rhythms instruments. Volunteers assist Pastor Dave in doing this once-a-week program.
